Very good question, Ian. Well, 3 years ago he was playing non league football, and thanks to Posh picking him up and developing him, he has made the jump into league football, and has proven already he is one of the most talented players in the Championship. Bids were turned down in the summer of 7 figures for him, and as long as he is happy and we are doing ok, I think he will stay. However, as always, the lure of more money and a big club will invariably take him elsewhere. Once someone offers £5 million for him, I would imagine he will go, as that kind of money for a small club like ours is manna from heaven.
I have a feeling he, and several other players, will stay with us for as long as Darren Ferguson is in charge, which if he carries on playing such attractive football won't be long sadly.
