Help regarding a ski resort in late April

Hi!
I am new to the forum and to ski altogether. We would like to go to a ski resort between April 18th to the 25th. We don't really wanna ski, but rather have fun with snow, sledges, snow hikes, nice restaurants and shops etc. I rather go to Austria, France, Switzerland or Italy but I know it won't come cheap!
I would really appreciate any help! :)
