Second Ski Holiday

Looking for suggestions for where to go for second ski holiday in February 2011. So basically one step up from absolute beginners. Family comprises parents and 13 year old son. Its our 25th wedding anniversary so would prefer prettier resort rather than purpose built but open to all suggestions. Apres ski not important other than some nice restaurants. Would prefer somewhere with wider intermediate runs rather than narrow roads-during-summer type!
Ideally looking to fly from Scotland with shorter rather than longer transfer time at the other side as we have a 4 hour journey already at the home side to get to Glasgow/ Edinburgh. Also would prefer lifts close to accommodation.

Any suggestions very welcome.

Might be worth a look at the Ski Total site - a fly from Edinburgh offer on 20th Feb. Not sure the resorts will be quite suitable though.
