This is only for the a)the expert b) the brave and c)those with deep pockets. The established mountain guide company, Montagne Loisirs, is putting together a week's heli-skiing out of Haute Nendaz that promises to satisfy even the most fanatical skier.

From 5 - 9 April the company plans to fly groups of 3 - 6 skiers with their own guide off to various summits and then spend the day ski touring back to Nendaz. The outline plan includes being dropped off each day in either Rosablanche (3330m), Petit Combin (3660m), Pigne d'Arolla (3790m) or Trient (3330m).

The package will cost in the region of CHF 2,820 per person which covers helicopter flights and guide's fees. The company can also arrange all the necessary kit such as transceivers and climbing harness. That still leaves accommodation, meals, lift pass and mountain rescue insurance for you to find.
