It was a comp I entered as well. He emailed me last night to confirm the answer was correct (which I was mightily relieved about seeing as the question was "What valley does Les Manuers sit in" and 2 of the 3 options were Frankie Valley and The Thames Valley.....) so we exchanged a couple of light hearted emails about when he would tell me I'd won. I even meditated about his beanie which apparently got warm....its a long story.

Anyway, if you've won, congratulations. That means meditating is a load of old **** then.
