Motor access to 20 m from the house. In winter snow chains necessary. Stepped path (36 steps) to the house. Parking, in winter 20 m. Grocers 700 m, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool 300 m. Tennis 300 m, cable cabin 1.5 km, ski bus stop 70 m. Please note: free of charge ski bus.

"Des Ours", 5-room chalet 96 m2 on 2 levels, nice furnishings: living/dining room with swedish stove and cable-TV. Exit to the garden. Entrance hall. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm), TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 2 beds (90 cm). Office. Bath/shower/WC. Balcony, north facing position, terrace, west facing position terrace, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Nice view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Please note: non-smokers only.
