Motor access to the house, except in winter 20 m. In winter snow chains necessary, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Steep footpath to the house. Communal covered parking at 20 m. Restaurant 500 m. Mountain lift 800 m, skisport facilities 3.5 km.

5-room chalet 170 m2 on 3 levels, comfortable furnishings: large living room 70 m2, with sloping ceilings with open fireplace, cable-TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Open dining room. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed. Exit to the patio. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed. Bath/WC. Panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer.
