Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (open staircase), 1 room, ceiling height 220 cm with 1 double bed. (steep stair), 1 room, ceiling height 220 cm with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 sleeping possibility (1 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Small balcony 8 m2, terrace 20 m2, large garden, lawn 800 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the mountains and the countryside. Reserved parking by the house. Please note: fridge without freezer. Only 1 dog accepted.
