"Les Cîmes 12", 3-room apartment 80 m2 on 3rd floor, east facing position, bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with open fireplace, dining table, satellite-TV and flat screen TV. Exit to the terrace, east facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, east facing position. 1 room, without window with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Large balcony 25 m2, east facing position and south facing position. Terrace furniture. Side view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Garage space n 71, height 220 cm, width 400 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. The second bedroom is separated by a sliding partition from the living room. Very quiet apartment. Lovely view of the mountains from the terrace.
