The Larch House - Description

Detached luxury chalet in the middle of the village of Hohentauern (snow-sure elevation of 1300 metres) located on a sunny slope with an imposing panoramic view of the mountains, the ski lift and the village. The chalet is equipped with all conveniences and offers you plenty of options for a comfortable stay. In the winter, the ski lift is only 200 metres away from the chalet, and in the summer, the walking routes start right in front of the door. The chalet and environs offer you, your family and friends the enjoyment of an active and relaxed holiday at any time of year.

The detached wooden chalet is equipped with all of the luxuries you can imagine. The spacious 5 star chalet has 4 bedrooms (1 with a flat screen television), 1 bathroom on the ground floor with a walk in shower with rain shower AND an in-house wellness area with a large corner bath with hydromassage jets, an infrared sauna, luxurious steam shower and double sink. The living area of this chalet is very spacious and luxuriously furnished. Here you will find a spacious stylish living room with open kitchen, spacious seating area, dining nook, sliding doors to the terrace and even a gas fireplace for the sociable winter evenings. From the living room you have access to a spacious sun terrace with garden furniture. From the chalet and the various terraces there is a beautiful view of the mountains. For the active holidaymaker, there are even 2 mountain bikes available.

In the winter, Steiermark is transformed into the white heart of Austria with fantastic ski areas. In the summer it is known for its many lakes, spas and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. With more than 200 days of sun per year, and guaranteed snow on the slopes, this is the perfect holiday environment for all seasons.

Because the area around the chalet is still under construction, there may be some building nuisance over the summer.
