Chalet Sonnenheim - Description

Detached luxury wooden chalet in the middle of the village of Hohentauern (snow-sure elevation of 1300 metres) located on a sunny slope with an imposing panoramic view of the mountains, the ski lift and the village. The chalet is equipped with all conveniences and offers you plenty of options for a comfortable stay. The exterior even as the interior are made of massive wood. The house therefore has a very warm and healing atmosphere, making you feel at home right away. The chalet is situated on the edge of the park with an unobstructed view on the landscape! It is equipped with all modern conveniences such as a WIFI wireless network, Ambi-light flat screen TV, Home cinema, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi (ideal relaxation after skiing and hiking). In the winter, the ski lift is only 200 metres away from the chalet, and in the summer, the walking routes start right in front of the door. The chalet and environs offer you, your family and friends the enjoyment of an active and relaxed holiday at any time of the year. The detached chalet is provided with all of the luxuries you can imagine. This spacious 5 star chalet has 4 bedrooms with their own balconies. The bedrooms are equipped with electro-smog-free wiring that encourage a good night's sleep! On the ground floor is one bathroom with a luxury steam shower and on the second floor is an in-house wellness with your own Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi whirlpool (with hydro massage jets and a beautiful view of the mountains!), walk-in shower with massage column, double sink and lovely lounges to relax during the sauna gang! The living area of this chalet is very spacious and attractively furnished with an original Austrian dining area, a luxurious open kitchen which is equipped with every comfort such as a microwave, Senseo, large fridge and freezer, very quiet dishwasher, convection oven and lots of storage space. The conservatory has a spacious sitting area with a wonderful view and even a stylish gas fireplace for the sociable winter evenings. From the living room you have access to a spacious enclosed sun terrace of 55 m2 (ideal for small children) with your own Jacuzzi Hot Tub! From the chalet and from the various terraces and balconies you will have a magnificent view on the mountains.

In the winter, Steiermark is transformed into the 'white heart of Austria' with fantastic ski areas. It also offers opportunities to tourskiing! In the summer it is known for its many lakes, spas and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range with numerous hiking and mountain bike trails! With more than 200 days of sun per year and the snow assured ski region, this is the perfect holiday environment for all seasons and all ages!

Because the area around the chalet is still under construction, there may be some building nuisance over the summer.
