You can enjoy one of the prettiest ski areas of Austria from this holiday home. The holiday home is located in the Schüttdorf neighbourhood and has a quiet location in a side road. You will have a lovely view on the Kitzsteinhorn from here. The holiday home is completely renovated and benefits from a rustic decoration. The ski lift which takes you to the mountain top of the famous Schmittenhöhe is 100m away. You will find 130 km pistes for both beginners and experienced skiers here. The ski area Europasportregion Zell am See/Kaprun offers you guaranteed lots of fun in the snow!

In summer the holiday home is the perfect accommodation for a holiday with your friends or family. You will find many walking and mountain biking paths here and a large lake where you can go surfing and sailing. You can make day trips to the Krimmler Wasserfälle, the Großglockner, the city Salzburg, etc.!
