Simone - Description

Estate Simone is situated on a fantastic location near the centre of Brixen and near the gondel. This new house was built in 2002 and is situated on the suny side of Brixen and because it is slightly higher above the village, it offers a great view over the environment. You will solely occupy the detached property privacy guaranteed! The tasteful furnishing with manu wooden accents and high ceilings is very pleasant. Especially the cosy living room with an original Austrian gas stove and the large open kitchen (open veranda) will amase you. You also have a large balcony with garden furniture facing south with an amazing view of Brixen, Kirchberg and Westendorf. Besides the balacony, you also have a very large terrace of 50 m2 at your disposal. The gondel is within walking distance (approximately 400 m) just as the centre of Brixen. You will not need your car throughout your entire vacation.
