I am in the 9th week of my diet ..so far I have lost approx 28lb...The diet I am following is a bit boring but I am not hungry

breakfast is large...chicken steak with eggs and mushrooms and tomatoes followed by fresh fruit and no fat yoghurt..

lunch is general a salad with protein ..mackerel ,,or salmon or even beef burgers followed again by fresh fruit

supper is clear soup with some noodles ( my only carbs)and fresh fruit

little caffeine I drink hot water with lemon or decaf tea

I go to the gym most days (its addictive) a mixture of resistance and weights and intense CV

another 28lb to go :(

welcome to J2ski.....in answer to your question there are several manufacturers that make ski carriers for roof bars..go have a look on the 'bay..you will find Thule the most common but there are plenty of others ..it depends how many yu want to carry and for how long ...the cheapest are about £12 for a simple 1 pair carrier going up to over £100
