Right I think I have sorted the video, if you have any problems viewing let me know, when you get to the site
click on the small arrow to the right of the download this should open the movie in Quicktime or windows media
player.
I hope you enjoy the beauty of the Aravis mountains and may I apologies in advance for my waffling.

But a 129kb .mov file is too small to be more than a couple of seconds long.

Somehow the movie needs to be re-attached, as the error message that I see (in Vista) says that its missing.

Hope you can get it working!
