Dublin looks OK, might get some snow showers but nothing that should stop you taking off.
Toulouse OTOH, looks like it could be in for some serious snows.

My brother in law, and family were flying back to the US on Wednesday morning. They sat six hours on the tarmac before the flight was canceled. Queued eight hours to rebook. I picked them from MSP last night at 11.30. Thirty five hours to get home. Apparently Dublin airport is not equipped to deal with snow and ice.

I am looking out my window at the 5 or 6 inches of fresh snow over the Dublin mountains and while it looks great I reckon that anyone trying to fly out of Dublin airport is in for a long wait. Trencher is correct, Dublin airport is not equipped to deal with snow at all and as for our roads!!!
Good luck with your flight but I would not be too confident.
