is there any bus from salzburg that goes in the morning to any ski center
near the city and returns in the afternoon?

There is a service called the "Salzburg snow shuttle" which delivers you from Salzburg to the local resorts, have a look at the link below.

try these people ...very efficient and if you ring you can pay by credit card over the phone...at least you could last year
