Can someone please help me choose the right skis?!

I want to buy these skis but im unsure on what size to get.

I am 6ft 3" and 14 stone and a intermediate skier. I mainly si on piste.

the size options are
161cm
168cm
175cm

can someone tell me what size to buy?
