Add Chamonix, Morzine, Courmayeur,SAmoens, Chatel La Thuile, All within 2 hours. I am sure others will add more:)
It will not be for at least 2 weeks LOTA as Ally is playing skiing at L2A this week and Alp D'Huez with the J2Ski lot the week after.

Of course in the UK, all state schools have rules in place where teachers or staff are not allowed to lead groups unless they are certified instructors and thus most Kids are lead by instructors in resorts. I know it doesn't lessen the tragedy but to ski a closed area with kids? You have got to ask all sorts of questions.

You could actually do worst than Sauze D'oulx. Lots to do in the village and its only a 10 Euro train ride (about every 30 mins) to go to Turin which is a lovely city.
