AFAIR he did send the photo to Giro, who failed to reply. He purchased another Giro, much the same model.
Taken by a racer from Skicross.fi and shows current conditions on the open slopes today.

Snapzzz, it was me that took and posted the photo you've referred to. The owner of the helmet who is a pal, received a grazed forehead from the rock point. And quite a shock when he saw the damage.

(Rhetorical question) Just purchased some Whitedots in 166 and I'm also 5'4", do you think they are too long for me also?

What the ski is for and how it's built is also a factor in choosing the correct ski (camber, rocker). I was also considering a different model at 169, the effective edge is 149. All these skis seem tiny to me, way back in skinny ski days I used 190's.
Ski goggles

Lynn, if your husband is already wearing E.E. sunnies, they have an insert clip for a prescription lens (I have some) The clip also fits into the Adidas Goggles, definitely the Yodai and the Robin, but there may be more. Pricey goggles, but very smart and well made.
Something to consider?
