I agree with you Mr H, the rear end is a bit painful after cycling.
As for the other stuff, I dont do chocolate as it is bad for you and I dont like wine either. Lager.... now thats a different story |

Caron-a, me and the OH can vouch for cycling.
We did 30 miles on Saturday to try and get a little exercise into the legs. Sat down all the way and couldnt stand up on Sunday!! |

After having to work from home all day yesterday, I was thoroughly entertained by watching Series 2 of the inbetweeners. Needless to say my work took twice as long and my ribs are still hurting from the laughter

I would comment but it is difficult to lower myself to Championship standards!!!!! I am also looking forward to ADH. Next week we will be into double figures for the countdown. Cant wait either. Get in there my son...... |

Seriously, looked a superb run and although it is a different perception from the camera view point looks a place of interest for the future. |
