Tony, I guess your right. I am odd but then again I am a brummie.
As for all the other comments, I did see that you can ski back down to the lift on the other side so I was pleased about that. I guess I will just have to "clench" and get on with it. After my outpouring of concern on here that last thing I want is to come back from ADH and have Tony H feeding the information back that I didnt go on it. As for you Mr H, I will not be going on it on Sunday morning as I will be busy with lessons and making sure the OH is ok during the first couple of hours. So we will reset that time frame to Monday morning (or a morning when it is really cloudy so you cant see anything. :) :) :) |

Tony,
Being afraid of heights is actually not linked to falling. It is mostly to do with what you can feel under your feet for the many people (such as me). I have no problem with flying and I guess it is the same scenario with Gondolas and Bubbles. Chairs are different as you are exposed and you have nothing under your feet which creates the fear. That is my opinion anyway so there. :) |

Thanks for that information Andy.
It is pleasing to know being a suffer from Vertigo. Anyway, I am not going on this chair. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rIYswQ1FX0E Only joking. To be honest it looks amazing so I am going to have to sort myself out for the holiday. If everyone gets me a beer for going on it, then that will clinch the deal!!! What do you reckon? 80 days to go. |
