Not watched it yet, but the info says that August is the only month that it doesn't snow in Yellowstone!

I may be wrong, but think that may be part of the problem. He likes to be good at everything he does and the fact that I have skied for years (Not that I'm that good), but you know what I mean. The male ego/pride thing :( |

Pablo. He was really doing so well, but after going through the picket fence at Glencoe, he took the skis off and never put them on again. That was about 7 years ago. I have just given up thinking he will ever try again.

That's fab. Wish my OH would give it another go. He took some lessons on a dry slope and was doing really well then we had a day at Glencoe. He fell over many times and then said he had no desire to ever do that again...............shame :( |

For me it was when my kids got lessons on a dry slope and I thought I'd give it a go. That was when they were 7 + 8 years old and now they are 24 and 25. Wish I could say I've managed to ski every season since then. But like caron, I was hooked and still am. Wish I'd learnt at a young age though. :D

No-one around today to spoil me. My daughters gone skiing - so won't be seeing her. My son came over yesterday though and did some stuff around the house I had really needed done. My OH is at work. So it's me and the dogs. My own Mum died on Mothers Day last year when I was in Colorado :(
