The weather looks like it's going to be pretty bad tomorrow, lots of rain / snow accompanied by high winds. There is also a severe weather warning for Aosta and a level 3 weather warning for Valais.

You can see the current traffic situation in France via V-Traffic http://www.v-traffic.com/ in Switzerland via https://www.tcs.ch/fr/tools/inforoute-situation-trafic/situation-actuelle-trafic.php and in Aosta via http://infomobilita.regione.vda.it/sito/index.php?lang=en
No, the action of banning from training at Hinterstoder breached the contract. Dave had a sponsoring contract with the Pyhrn-Priel regional tourist association https://www.urlaubsregion-pyhrn-priel.at/en as part of the deal he had use of the FIS homologated training piste at Hinterstoder http://www.hiwu.at/hinterstoder/en/winter/ski-area/racing-training/fis-training-course and the regional development centre https://www.skiverband-ooe.at/die-idee After Dave's recent results Peter Schröcksnadel who owns 53% of the Hinterstoder-Wurzeralm Bergbahnen AG decided to ban him from training there.

Schröcksnadel https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Schr%C3%B6cksnadel has immense power he's like Bernie Ecclestone and Sepp Blatter rolled into one, basically what he says goes. If you challenge him you are likely to get into very serious trouble.

I'm a bit surprised the main stream media haven't picked up on this.

Hi Ben, really pleased you managed to sell the bindings for a decent price. As I don't live in the UK I don't have a favourite UK charity. Please feel free to make a donation to the charity of your choice, but I would prefer that you used some of the profit to buy your friends a drink or two when you're in the 3 valleys.
Peter Schröcksnadel the president of the Austrian Ski Federation and co-owner of the Hinterstoder-Wurzeralm Bergbahnen AG has banned Dave Ryding from training at Hinterstoder - Höss. Apparently he wasn't best pleased when Dave set the fastest time in the first run of the slalom at Levi. This action breached the terms of Dave's recently extended contract with his main sponsor Pyhrn-Priel so the contract was dissolved.

Dave is now sponsored by Obergurgl-Hochgurgl https://www.obergurgl.com/daveryding
Unless you can hitch a ride you will have to either take a train on Friday evening and spend the night at the airport or take a taxi. Next time take a look at Rome2Rio https://www.rome2rio.com/ before buying a flight ticket.
Ski Holidays to Iceland Go On Sale in UK

"Skiing in Iceland is pretty unique", I bet it is! But at 750 quid for 2 days skiing at a small ski area located in a country with a sub-arctic climate that only opens at 1 pm during the week. I won't be rushing to find out.

Are you 'avin a larf' Admin? There's hardly any snow at Cervinia, maybe 10 cm at most. The measurement you've given is supposed to be the depth of snow on Plateau Rosa, which is over the border in Switzerland http://www.cervinia.it/en/inverno/meteo/bollettino-neve it has nothing to do with the depth of snow on the upper slopes at Cervinia.

The Panomax webcam on the roof of the old Plateau Rosa cable car station https://cervinia.panomax.com/plateau-rosa# gives a good view of the current snow conditions, how deep do you think the snow on Plateau Rosa actually is?
There isn't actually any skiing at Blonay, it's a village on the outskirts of Vevey. The ski area is located at Les Pléiades https://www.lespleiades.ch/ which is about 10 km away. In winter I think you might only be able to get there from Blonay by train which would be inconvenient and expensive.

If you go to the "Ski Resorts within 3 hours of Geneva" page https://www.j2ski.com/ski_resorts/Airports/Geneva.html and click on the "Txfrs" button it will sort the list according to traveling time, there are a number of decent sized resorts with a good snow record that are only an hour away from Geneva airport.

You could also look at booking an all-inclusive package with one of the Dutch tour operators https://wintersport.sunweb.nl/busreis
