I am currently working in the ski industry and am looking to move up. I know one of the best ways to find a new position is to work with a head hunter or recruiter. Does anyone here know a good one to get in contact with? Thanks

Head hunter's usually contact you due to your reputation... Not sure there's many recruiters for the ski industry, so probably best to google companies and send your CV off.

If you have to look for a head hunter they probably aren't going to be looking for you!
What you are currently doing might be a start in letting people know you are out there.

i think you are misunderstanding the question. it looks to me like he is trying to work with a head hunter as a head hunter, rather than trying to get head hunted.
