I just got back from Killington and Demoed a pair of Nordica Hell Cat pros. They were great skis, all mountain and really fun considering it was the first pair of shaped skis I ever used. Tehy are a great all mountain ski, but I think they might be a little stiff for my level. I can ski well, but have a hard time consistantly turning into bumps. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a comprable all mountain ski that performs as well in all conditions, especially powder, but is a little less stiff to help me get into turns a little smoother.
I am comfortable in all conditions, I just want a little smoother carve. I am not as concerned about speed. The Hell Cats were 170cm.

Hellcats are particularly heavy, I'd be looking for something lighter too (I guess this comes with 'less stiff'). Where are you doing your skiing?
I'd maybe go for something with a little less width too...

bodrgrd welcome to J2ski :D
Was this the ski you demo'ed http://shop.aspeneast.com/browse.cfm/4,3135.html
If you list some details, like height/weight/weeks skied, perhaps it will generate some suggestions for alternatives.
