Can someone tell me how to embed a URL for a webcam please?

I don't think you can actually embed (subject to being corrected on this) a direct webcam on the forum, only those which produce an image which is updated every few minutes.
The difference is that the image can be embedded and shown using the image tags, and will update everytime someone views the page, but I am pretty sure the best you can do for a webcam is to add a hyperlink which someone will have to click.
