We are a digital hostel meaning that we have limited personnel on site. There is however always someone to assist you at our online reception which is open 07-23 every day of the week.
Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that ACCO Hostel will send you an entrance code one day prior to arrival date via email. Please note that ACCO Hostel does not have a reception. The online office is available daily from 07:00 until 23:00. After booking you will receive an email with a payment link that should be paid within 24 hours. Unpaid bookings will automatically be canceled. The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property. When group bookings of 10 or more beds, different conditions and supplements may apply, please contact the property for more information. Please note that this property is alcohol free. Please note that linens package are available with extra fees of SEK 60 per person, per stay The reception is open in two periods during the day, from 3 PM - 5 PM, and from 8 PM - 10 PM.
