The modern Résidence Les Balcons de Bellevarde lays at the entrance of Val d'Isère, in the district La Daille. It is situated directly opposite the pistes and only approx. 200 m away from the "Le Funival" funicular. A shopping arcade with an extensive selection of shops is just about 100 m away from the residence.

The accommodation offers a reception with Wi-Fi (payable locally), entrance area with children's play area and a ski room (1 box per studio/apartment). Parking spaces can be found at the accommodation and used upon availability (for a fee).

Furthermore, entry to the "Le Lagon" swimming pool is free when booking a lift pass that is valid for 6 or more days (free entry valid for the same amount of time that the lift pass is valid, subject to change, as per info in resort).
