Broke Foot with six weeks to go

Can't believe I survived the snow & Ice, first day back at work, fall down stairs & end up in plaster after breaking my Navicular bone in my foot. This was last week, have to go back next week to have cast off & air boot fitted for 3 weeks, this gives me 10 days to fully recover before i go skiing. My question is has anyone had a similar problem? If so were there any issues when you skied. For the record the Doc reckons I will be ok. Cheers all...

Just goes to show how dangerous it is going to work!

If the doc says you're ok then you should be good; just make sure you get that in writing for your insurance (and make sure you tell them too).

All the best for a swift and total recovery!
