am i being paranoid

i keep loking at the web cams for soll ,i go 8 jan with very little snow and warm temps, is this normal for this time of year,does it normaly start getting cold and snowy about now ,i know when it starts to get cold the snow machines get turned on , just getting a little worried,i think i prefered it back in the day before the internet, when you just went skiing without knowing ever flake of snow for the season

We're off to Soll 15th Jan. We were there same time last year and the snow was fine. I just looked at the webcams about 15 min ago and commented to hubby how green Soll looks! It'll be fine..... I take it you haven't been there before?

Just be patient it still a tad early for the low resorts.

no i have never been to soll i always tend to go to france ,it was a mate who wanted a change,it better be good for his sake

Apparently it is very cheap compared to France, so I guess your in for cheap booze and food.

We really enjoyed it last year tho the piste map is a bit rubbish. Feel that there's still plently that we haven't skiied, so that's why we're going back. Easy blue run to the village and also a red. I'd recommend the Moonlight bar at the end of the red, we'd a few good nights in there )
