Las Lenas 2010 - accommodation available

I have rented an apartment for the whole season in Las Lenas (called Corbus #2). It is a two bedroom apartment - one double room, and one room with 2 bunks (ie has the capacity of sleeping 6). I'm planning to take the double room for myself, and have 2 or possibly 3 people in the other room. That way the flat is not too crowded, and if people have a guest to stay, they don't need to be in the lounge room (guests would have to be ok'd by the whole flat). I'm not really interested in having short term stayers - ideally a month minimum. I enjoy the whole apres ski scene, but I don't want the apartment to be a total party house. Having people around for drinks / dinner every now and then is fine, but just not raging parties until the early hours. My main focus is skiing, and I really want other people who feel the same way.

I'm a very easygoing, 35yo Australian skier (and doctor). I speak fluent spanish. I've been living in shared accommodation for the last 15yrs, and have travelled extensively. I will ski pretty much every day it's open. I've just finished a season in Chamonix, and am doing a season in Kicking Horse (Canada) after Argentina. I'm currently kitesurfing in Turkey for a month.

Unfortunately accommodation in Las Lenas is not cheap. As I need to recoup some of what I have paid, the rates per bed are:

2 weeks $700 USD
1 month $1200 USD
2 months $2000 USD
Whole season $2500 USD

This includes all bills and fortnightly cleaning of the apartment. To secure a spot, you would need to pay 50% deposit with the balance paid before the end of your first week in the apartment.

Anyway, let me know if that's the kind of thing you're looking for.

Toby.
