The number to phone from the U.K. is 0870 0267145. The office is still in Paris but somehow they have a UK number, and they speak pretty good English (assuming you can't speak French of course). You will need your reservation number. <br /> <br /> I have recently returned from a P&V holiday in Courchevel, and they had an undercover carpark, and a bell to ring if you arrived outside reception hours.
