Hi everbody, at last i can say i am going skiing this year. Not booked yet but hoping to return to Niederau probably in early March. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year and great skiiing. :)

Yes I can finally say I am going skiing this year. Well 16 days time. Plus have already booked my summer holiday as well.

20 sleeps for me! Train leaves Ashford at 9.15pm, will be on the first chair lift the following morning :D

I thought 2010 had to be a better year............I've just won a holiday to Ski Amade area in Austria..........how lucky is that!! Fully catered chalet week for 2. Bring it on!!

Baqueira Beret,,I've started to cram things into the snowboard bag already .Every things good to go apart from the lift pass,can't seem to find any where that does one .

Well 2 weeks to go for us, we have had a weekend of sorting ski clothes. We are thinking we will have to take lots more base layers etc. Ruka is having a really cold spell at the moment its about -30 at the moment. We only experienced between -7 and -19 last year.

Looking at the webcams, I don't think there'll be any worries there. :lol:
