blimey, someone was up early ripping the paper off their presents :lol: not done ours yet but my new Trek hardtail turned up last weekend 8) 8)

If I had, had my way I would have been up at 5am, but he made me stay until 6.30am. So had dressing gown, bracelet, necklace, watch and frillies.

Lovely espresso coffee maker, Sean Long autobiography and a nice cheque. Off to in laws soon so maybe a pressie there. Daughter coming down on Sunday so I get to do it all again then. :D

So.. for christmas I got a lovely sound system for the tv in my room and a track day experience at Knockhill race track - Stirling
Gonna be getting to drive a very fast car :P Octavia VRS for those who know their cars :D

We've been to Val Thorens twice now, and it's a great place - I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time.

I got books, biscuits, a nut serving tray, and Christmas dinner cooked by my 16 year old daughter and my 15 year old niece all on their own (all I had to do was the washing up, fetch and carry, and lay the table). The dinner was superb. My daughter is a brilliant cook, and my niece was a very able and willing assistant :D

Merry Christmas everyone!

We are currently on Christams day round two. Yesterday I got lots of Fat Face vouchers(look out sales), a great box of smellies from Sanctuary Covent Garden, some new undies, 4 (count em) boxes of Lindor balls, a box of small geezers (more commonly known as Maltesters) and a few other bits, but my favourite has to be my lovely fluffy new North Face fleece.

3 weeks and 6 days til skiing!

For Christmas I got to go skiing for the first time in 26 years!! Last time was a ski holiday with my primary school. I can't believe I left it so long. I am hooked now and don't want to go home. I am in Saint Lary Soulan in the French Pyrenees and Chrismas Day was just perfect and beautiful with the snow and clear blue sky. Even better my hotel, Chalet Lou Rider, is right next to the ski lift so I got to ski back down a blue run for lunch and crash out on the sofa in front of the log fire before heading back out. Oh my god my legs ache but, hey, it was the best Christmas for years!

exactly what I was going to post :D

I got a lovely cream coat, two buffs - one purple and one grey (to match my helmet), some vouchers, some sweets, some pens (!), a shirt and a lot more money from parents and in-laws than I was expecting :thumbup:.

My sister's wedding was fabulous and we had one of the best christmas days ever.

I got a new iphone and a camera and a beautiful black pearl ring (to mention but a few). I wasn't allowed to open anything until all our kids arrived and that was 3.30pm. It then took us hours to get through the "opening ceremony"
Hope everyone had a lovely time with too much food and drink, too many presents and too much fun! :D

Absolutely superb. That has to be the best way to get yourself hooked on a great sport :D

Beats the heck out of my socks, shorts, jumper and slippers :shock: anyone would think I'm starting to get old :(

I got to spend christmas in Watfrod General A & E after eating my X mas lunch too fast :(
Food got stuck on the way down to my stomach & at the time I thought I was dying from a heart attack :!:
Called the ambulance & they were brill.................lots of severe pain & 'gagging, just about over it now :roll:
Theres alway next christmas I suppose.
