Mid Summer's night drool

I'm starting to look for some conditioning advice for next season and came across these :wink: They do ship internationally. I'm considering getting a set before I move to London in a few days

Hmmmm I'm not convinced but haven't seen or tried them so will never say never..... :shock:

Never tried them myself, but I've read that a number of racers use them for summer fitness training.

I do know someone who Rollerskied from John O'Groats to Lands End for charity. He's fit mind :D

Those are for cross-country ski training. I think regular inline skates are a lot more practical and will allow you to do more downhill ski specific drills, in addition to clocking up miles for general fitness.

Harold Harb makes these contraptions, but I don't see any worth while advantage over inline skates
with a good boot. I'd like to try some though for fun.

The top she was wearing was her choice, when we go shopping we have Dad's choice and Olivia's choice, she has brought some classics over the years much to the disapproval of Mum but she always wears them
and thats why she does not mind shopping with dad :D
