Put it on the scales before shoving it in the oven, found it weighed in at 8.4kg - Even when split between the six of us, that's quite a lot of lasgna :D Included were 7 balls of mozzarella and a block of cheddar for the top, 1.8kg of mince, a packet of small onions and a bucket load of other ingredients.
