Semmel is a bread roll, and they don't come any better.

Bergkase is what is says ~ mountain cheese! If it is local, it is probably Tilsilter.

Presumably with Teebutter.

Our family kitchen is on the ground floor. Your room has a much more panoramic view more akin to the webcam views ;)

Just to walk into Klingers... smell the semmels, and the cheese...mmm. Served by Fred! You can buy just about anything in Klingers. Except, ....polo shirts. I have bought all the Niederau Tee shirts, which I don't really wear.

Every year for at least 10 years, I ask Fred, "When will you get the Niederau Polo shirts"? "Yeah maybe." says Fred. Every year, I say "next year, I am going to have my own Niederau Polo shirt made."

It's on it's way, this year. Getting a good few made for the
family/friends. Then, I'm gonna march them into Klingers.....

That's ok l. Blod can pay, out of the profits. What I heard is that she made so much money on your deal, she can afford to pay all week for the schnapps at Rudi's as well. ( As well as all the New Year drinks. There's only six in our party!)
