No too sure about the resorts you mentioned but I think the camping stays open in Le Grand Bornand so you can hook up. Otherwise people just park up in La Balme car park, or near the Cret du Merle or Champs Bleu in La Clusaz for a few days before they move off.

Re:Motorhomes in ski resorts

All the resorts I have been to recently have had motor home parks with hook ups , La thuile, Le Grand bornand,
Passo Tonale, Livigno, so I guess most resorts have them.
Have a look at the link it might help.

www.motorhomefacts.com/modules.php?name=Aires
The campsite in Bourg St Maurice also stays open as it is a short drive up to La Rosiere which links to La Thuile, plus you also have Les Arcs, Tignes, Val D'Isere, La Plagne.

Mark

There used to be a site at La Gittaz between Meribel Les Allues and Meribel cntre, adjacent to the Olympic Express bubble. No idea if it's still there, but you could check the Meribel website.

Re:Motorhomes in ski resorts

Several camping options in Chamonix and if you don't need power hook up and shower facilities there are several car parks you can use. There is a convenient camp site on the road between Brevent and Flegere ski areas.

You will see lots of vans parked around Cham with people living in them for the season.
