how do i get from Tignes to Courmayeur?

hi guys..hope someone can help me...my family and i are in tignes in march and travelling back home saturday 26th march (easter sat) from chambery...my son who was travelling back with us has now to get to courmayeur for sunday 27th to start a job..can someone please tell me the best way to get him from tignes to courmayeur...don't know where to start...thanks in advance

Possibly the easiest (in terms of transfer and public transport options) will be via Geneva; so :-

- Tignes to Geneva (lots of options)
- Geneva to Chamonix (again, plenty of options)
- Chamonix to Courmayeur (regular buses)

Geneva to Courmayeur transfers also available but not as many as GVA-Chamonix.

...or, if he really wants to make an impression on his first day; helicopter! 8)

Thank you so much for reply will look at options when he gets home from work tonight...I'll think about the helicopter lol
