Chalet for sale in Val d'Isere 25% discount

We did a bit of real estate window shopping over Christmas and spotted this:

Apparently it was previously for sale at GBP12M euros, now down to a more reasonable GBP9M.

I was interested but ultimately dismissed it as it only has 4 parking spaces. I'd much prefer 5 spaces.

The comments are hilarious. We don't know all sides of the story but clearly Mr W has ruffled a few feathers. j2ski resort anyone? We could each donate a few pennies in exchange for free skiing for life!

Ummmm, rather suspicious that the images are visualisations, not actual photos. So either it's not even built yet or is just a concrete shell until they find a buyer. Which is not very reassuring and why I'm leaving my Euro9m in the bank for the moment. And as you say, all a bit too arriviste .....
