Any suggestions for an Austrian beginner ski December holiday for family with young kids?

We are looking at skiing for a few days before Christmas this year with our 2 children who are 5 and 7 years old. Any suggestions for somewhere that will be fairly sure of snow, easy to get to and appropriate for us? Thanks in advance!

Obertuern ...snow sure and nice skiing ..they have a little train that picks the kids up in the morning and the weeks before xmas some hotels offer an inclusive deal with the pass. Also 1hour on the coach from Salzburg airport
