Yep, definitely going, if only to have some thunder toffee vodka!! Impetuous daughter needs accompanying to prevent huge expenditure and I have some bits on the Christmas list to sort out. :mrgreen:

Anyone going Sunday....I've got tickets for England v Australia at Twickers on Sat and so am staying in town and going on Sunday...Beer anyone? :D

Sadly my beloved ski jacket did not survive the deluge on Weymouth Beach yesterday. It leaked through the shoulder seam quite extensively. I have the usual waterproof sprays at home but realistically how effective are they? Ski show next week........what should I do? ( that must be a rhetorical question!!!!!) :lol:

I think you have answered the question!
I am not sure I'd be looking to buy at the ski show though, no discounts to be found on clothing in the main.

I haven't been for a few years, it had become so samey. It seemed to be 75% Snow & Rock and Ellis Brigham shops, a real snow slope/jump too small to be interesting and lots of TO's and resort reps and not a lot else.
Has anything changed?

I hope they've given ESF a poor pitch.

Forget free tickets for Manchester. I won some and they did not send them out.

Nothing todo with J2 as adders tried and they ignored him too :twisted:

Going with my daughter for a look around but don't need to look at jackets. TK Maxx had the one I wanted at a bargain price of GBP60........chuffed to say the least. Just need to sort out which resort for. Feb half term. Oh and better start saving :mrgreen:
