Skiing in November

My 18 year old daughter has just announced she has a week off which must be taken before the end of November. I live part time in Italy so a resort in Italy would be great but would consider anywhere in Europe.
We are both intermidate skiers and as she is 18 somewhere with a few bars and resturants would be good.

Any siggestions regarding resorts and possible accommodation would be most welcome.

Many Thanks

Cervinia might be open? If not, pop the other side and ski in Zermatt. Or take a drive over the Brenner pass and ski at Hintertux, Europes best glacier
