Transfer from Turin to Cervinia

Hi,
I'm looking to book a ski holiday for 10 people to Cervinia next February. I've priced private transfers bt the prices I'm being quoted are ridiculous even by Italian standards, therefore I'm looking into cheaper option ie train or bus.
I've heard that you can get to Cervinia by getting 2 buses directly from Turin airport. Just wondering what website you can the book the buses through? how easy is the transfer? What stations do you switch buses?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance..
Re:Transfer from Turin to Cervinia

There is a daily bus service from Turin Porta Susa railway station to Cervinia, it leaves 07:03 and returns at 17:00. There is also a bus from Turin bus station to Saint Vincent at 14:30, these and the airport shuttle buses are operated by http://www.sadem.it/home.aspx From Saint Vincent there is a bus to Cervinia at 17:40 which is operated by http://www.savda.it/it/index.php

There are also trains http://www.trenitalia.com/ from Turin Porta Susa and Porta Nuova railway stations to Chatillon that connect with Cervinia bound SAVDA buses.

As there are 10 of you I would seriously look into getting a package deal from a TO, travel on public transport in Italy can be quite an adventure.
I had a try at SB's train suggestion, but couldn't make it work.
Also had a look at car hire ~ could see a 9 seater minibus for under GBP600/week. You can get two 5 seater car for about GBP310 each.
Route planner shows aboute 1.5 hour drive.
