I know no one has a crystal ball but based on knowledge from previous years what are the snow conditions like in borovet s in the middle of march?

When I was there many many years ago the locals told us that their best snow was always in March, I don't know if its true or just saying that because we were there in Jan & conditions were bad.

We were there in January (1999) and were sitting outside in T-shirts at the mountain huts. Conditions were more like March. I hope this doesn't mean that March conditions will be more like May;-)

Have been in March several years ago, lower slopes can suffer as it was very mild. The main street down through town was like a river with snow melt. Saying that, up the gondola, the snow was good.
