Ski fairs in South Wales

Hi,

I've heard of ski fairs that friends in the past have picked up discounted equipment. For example, this particular one was held in a leisure centre in Cardiff.
Does anyone know of any in the south wales in the coming weeks/months or know where i might hear or find out about one?
I'm looking to get some new stuff for next year now so no need for it to be any time soon.
Thanks in advance.
Andy

Re:Ski fairs in South Wales

I went to one once, held in a hotel near Gloucster.
Mostly full of very cheap brands, such as Big Air and you could all the people on the slopes wearing the stuff.
We didn't buy anything and left in a hurry when my son, then about 7, decided to look at some skis, knocked one pair and set the whole lot falling like dominos.
You can imagine the noise. Just as they all settled in a heap the poles all started to fall it was excrutating.
Anyway, sorry, not heard of any of these fairs for ages.
