Google Search - Apology

Dear all,

It appears that my 'Google Search' post caused some offense.

Please accept my apology as I had neither intent, desire or idea that it would casue such a strong response and feeling.

My intention was genuine and sincere curiosity.

I hope that the matter is now closed and I have learnt my lesson.

You should have called yourself a student working on a thesis, made up a list of questions, and used one of the survey animals:)

IMHO, you should just come and chat - you are then chatting (without overtly selling) to your target audience.

Fair enough. Stick around and contribute to the forum and I'm sure we can all learn something.

I think you might have learnt a little more than you were expecting about your target market... :lol: ...but just keep in mind that "contributions" along the lines of "woohoo, look at my website for more info" do bring out the pitch-forks pretty quickly!

...which is honestly what I thought I had done! As I say, a little more sensitivity!
