Hi Guys,

Just a heads up about the coming winter for the UK, Joe Bastardi was on a radio show and stated the following.....

He says it " could be a 1 in 50 years event ". Thought you guys would find this interesting...

Interestingly (and related to another current thread), I ordered a new set of winter tyres today. They will sell like hot cakes if it starts to snow early this winter.

Holly mother of crap. Is this going to mean airport delays? Missed holidays? Frozen trains?

I'll believe it when I see it, but it would be nice to have a 'proper' winter (as long as it doesn't interfere with holiday plans)

2010 was bad enough, we made it to Alpe D'Huez by the skin of our teeth, other weren't so lucky.
