My step daughter got caught this morning by her boyfriend, he text her to tell her he had really bad news and that he couldn't see her over easter because he was going on holiday. She actually cried. Bless her.

After planning the wedding for six months, the big day arrived today and I've only one regret.

I didn't see her face when she got the April Fool's text.

I cooked breakfast this morning and took one tray up to my husband and the other up to my eldest son. My son thought it was an April Fool because I have never taken him breakfast in bed before.

To be honest, I just did him some because I was doing it for my husband anyway (we take it in turns)and I had totally forgotten it was 1st April, so he was quite safe.

Should I have put some laxative in his tea?

Well, Marmite did an April Fool yesterday with the following product (the picture is from today, hence the comment about it not coming to a store near you)

However, they have had so many positive comments about the idea, they may now be looking at actually doing a trial version of it :shock:

I had some marmite chocolate for christmas which wsa a novelty.

Last year they did marmite vaseline for april fools day, they said the same thing, it was that popular they'd actually bring out the product. Never been seen since.

And I've just had a cheese and marmite sandwich.

They bring live rabbits in through the cat flap and let them loose on the landing whereby they fall through the banisters onto the stairs (bunny not pussy) and knock themselves out!!

Both my wife and I have had the experience of being on a work phone call while one of the cats wanders under the desk and proceeds to kill and dismember a baby rabbit!

I found it quite hard to focus on the call :cry:

I saw that on facebook and considered posting it, but could not be bothered ;)

I get from that, that people want dogs to be part of their lives - cats? Things that peeps have to keep in other rooms and feed dry rubbish ;)

No. Dogs take over your lives and can ruin them. Cats quietly get on with being a part of them.
